Open to all high school seniors and individuals enrolled in a two-year or four-year undergraduate college program, or Ohio Technical Center certificate program that is related to the field of construction. The online application is open from December to February each year.

A record $152,000 was given to 54 high school seniors and college students pursuing degrees in construction-related fields of study for the 2023/24 school year. Through the Foundation, the BX has provided more than $1.9 million in scholarships.
