Please Note: The BX maintains OSHA Outreach Training Program class records in accordance with OSHA requirements. Copies of OSHA 10-Hour and 30-Hour course completion cards may be requested for training completed at the BX within the previous five (5) years, provided the student’s completion can be verified in BX records and the copy meets applicable OSHA and Authorizing Training Organization requirements. If training was completed more than five (5) years ago, it is outside the eligibility period for providing a copy or replacement of an OSHA Outreach course completion card.
